Shame on you Harvey Nichols, shame on you!

I’ve never liked Harvey Nichols; the store has zero energy, the bar is full of cheap tarts and besides, why go there when Harrods is just a couple of minutes away.  Normally I wouldn’t give the store a mention but right now, I am livid beyond belief.  They must have been high when this was signed off.  Beeping high.  Animals as accessories?  WTB!  This isn’t cute, funny, Christmas-y and it sure isn’t appealing.  This goes to show how utterly stupid this company is. Don’t they know how many animals are tossed out like old rubbish once the responsibility hits people idiots? Are they unaware of how animal charities and shelters struggle particularly at Christmas?  Do they not realise that stupidity isn’t sexy or à la mode? Seriously Harvey Nichols, what the beep?! I will never step foot inside this store again.

Omg, I hate this! How, just how, much of an idiot a person should be to produce this??? Idiots. Will never buy anything from them.
Thanks for posting this, Milla! Anyway, now I have an opinion about them.

I know. It’s just so moronic, especially at this time of year. I just had someone comment very hatefully towards me for posting this – apparently, I am stupid for liking Harrods and cannot see that Harvey Nichols is just joking. I don’t know Antonia, I cannot believe that people actually think this is acceptable.

Yeah, well, despite the freedom of speech and all that – some things you just can’t joke about. It’s simply not funny, and you’ll look like a stupid idiot. But, of course, technically you CAN. What surprises me the most is that it’s a big company who’s doing this. Not, like, one or two people. Hundreds of people put their names on this!

        Oh, I’m just such a dog lover=)

Milla, I agree! I think you are wanting a dog??

      Silly ad. Silly.

No dog for us. We’re cat people but have decided against committing to one for now.

I would imagine so, but I have no clue. It’s a shame, a real shame.

That’s really in poor taste. I agree: what were they thinking when this was signed off?

It’s just a silly idea which should have been shot down as soon as it was mentioned.
